My Lucky Week!

Hello all! So this week has been amazing when it comes to parking. I believe that this week is my lucky week. It seems that every time I pull into the parking lot I find a spot right in barnes parking lot. Now don't get me wrong, there is always some sort of battle when it comes to pft. I did loose a couple of spots to my competitors but in the end I found a better and closer spot than them:) I hope all of yall are having as great of luck as I am! Peace, love, and parking!

What a week!

What a week! It has been a crazy week so far with all of the studying and catching up I have had to do lately due to sickness. Anyway..parking has been awful! It has been so hard to find a spot lately:( I have noticed that since the weather has gotten so pretty lately, a lot of people have been staying on campus and enjoying the beautiful sunshine, therefore making it very hard to find a spot.

Parking, Parking, and Parking!

Hello all! Well, this week so far and parking has not been a good one. I have been pretty down on my luck lately in finding a good parking spot. Last night, I lost a front row spot in pft. I know, crazy huh? I seriously think that I have been way off my game in the world of parking lately. I honestly think that I have figured out the problem. You see, during the weekend, anyone can park in the teachers lot, which happens to be conveniently located right next to Bemis. So during the weekend, I think that I get way to comfortable with finding parking so easily. I have decided from now on, I am always going to park in pft even on the weekend, just so I do not loose my drive and focus in the lot. So, next week I will tell you all about it and I will see if my new idea works. Wish me luck!

Hello all! So this week has been absolutely crazy in terms of parking. With all of the construction going on in and around bemis it has not been easy to find a parking spot. The other night I was coming back from my sorority house and I was trying to find a spot as quickly as possible in order to hurry up and get to bed. Well, that did not work out so well...I ended up searching for a spot for close to an hour, and did I find one? No! I was so mad. I had to park in the very back in the university lot and walk to bemis while it was raining...not much fun. However, my luck did turn around yesterday and today when I found parking spots in the barnes lot and front row of pft. I guess that goes that goes to show that things do not always work out they way you want them to, but somehow it all ends up ok in the end. This week I decided to interview my roommate and partner in crime Heather. I asked her about parking on campus and you can listen to her answer right below this post:)Or you can subscribe to my awesome podcast!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Hello! I hope everyone had an AMAZING spring break! I know I did! Is it just me, or has there been a lot of activity around the pft and university parking lots? Yesterday it seemed like everyone was trying to find a spot with no luck. Thankfully, I had parked earlier and had a spot in the front row of pft:) Unfortunately, I do not have any entertaining parking stories from spring break due to that fact that I had to leave my car at home,:( However I am posting some pictures from my spring break!I am looking forward to what tonight's parking will be like tonight. Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Hello! So we all know how much of a pain parking is at western, so I decided to put together a little slide show of things that bug me about parking. You know that person that always seems to park extremely crooked and ends up hindering someone else's abilitly to park. That really bugs me. Another thing I cannot stand is how people who do not have cars, but some sort of cycle, have their own parking spots...they need to park on the street instead of wasting at least four perfectly good parking spots. So in the spirit of showing everyone what I hate apart parking...enjoy the visual aspects of what I cannot stand about parking at western!

So...as many of you know...I always get a parking spot...so I thought. Last night I made the poor judgement of leaving with my friend at about ten at night to go see some of our friends at the registry. Little did I know, by the time we got back...there were no spots. Now, don't get me wrong...we looked...and looked...and looked...until we realized that we had been circling PFT for almost an hour! So we decided to swallow our pride and go across the street to university...bad choice. No spots! Yes it is true...we had to park in Egypt. When we were walking back to Bemis we felt the epic fail in the form of snow, wind, and ice. Lets just say it was not a great walk back. But do not worry...I have a front row spot in Bemis as I type:)

Hello! So have any of you wondered how that person in the gray ford escape always has a front row spot in the PFT parking lot? I haven't...well that's because...that car is mine. Me and my friends call ourselves the warriors of PFT, because in all honesty, the PFT lot is a battle zone. Every time I leave the parking lot I know that I am giving up a parking spot in the closest lot possible...well besides from Barnes lot, which I consider a part of PFT. Anyway...the point is that I, Morgan, can teach you how to always find a spot in PFT, close to Bemis, Barnes, Meredeth, Zacharias, and of coarse, Pearce Ford Tower...also known as "The PFT". So stick with me and you will never have to endure the awful walk from university lot...or even worse Egypt.
